Establish strategic partnership with Changxing Sino-German Industrial Cooperation Park

On 31st March, 2016. Secretary General of Global Talents Council signed a memorandum of understanding in Sino-German Industrial Cooperation Park in Changxing, to establish a strategic partnership.

The two sides reached cooperation intentions are as follows:

Global Talents Council will study the overall development plan of Changxing, the distribution of key industries, major events organized. Changxing will fully support Global Talents Council and the Rhein Forum, to sponsor the Sino-German Technology Forum series, to compile the special volume of German by the magazine “HAIGUI”, etc.

Changxing Sino-German Industrial Cooperation Park is located within Changxing State-level Economic & Technological Development Zone close to the high speed railway station and the Hangzhou-Nanjing freeway. It has excellent transport connections, a beautiful natural environment and altogether covers an area of about 80 hectares.

Changxing Sino-German Industrial Cooperation Park liegt innerhalb der Changxing State-level Economic & Technological Development Zone in der Nähe des Schnellzug-Bahnhofs und der Hangzhou-Nanjing-Autobahn. Die Verkehrsverbindungen sind ausgezeichnet, die Umweltbedingungen günstig, und der Park hat insgesamt eine Fläche von 80 Hektar.

The park has been designed for small and medium-sized businesses. It focuses mainly on electric vehicles and key components, renewable energies, equipment manufacturing, automotive parts, electric appliances and trading companies but other industries are also warmly welcome.

Der Park ist auf kleinere und mittelständische Unternehmen zugeschnitten. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf den Bereichen Elektromobilität, erneuerbare Energien, Maschinenbau, Autoteile, Elektrogeräte und Handelsunternehmen – Firmen aus anderen Branchen sind jedoch ebenfalls herzlich willkommen.

According to the development plan the park will be constructed in successive phases. The first phase (3.37 hectares) with a total building space of 40,000 square meters will include a large workshop building (30,000 square meters), office space and extensive service facilities, all constructed in compliance with advanced German architectural standards.

Nach dem Entwicklungsplan entsteht der Park in aufeinanderfolgenden Phasen. Phase 1 (3,37 Hektar) umfasst eine Baufläche von 40.000 Quadratmeter und beinhaltet Fabrikhallen im Umfang von 30.000 Quadratmeter, Büroräumlichkeiten und umfangreiche Serviceeinrichtungen – errichtet nach deutschen Architekturstandards.

Currently, the complete infrastructure for the park is being prepared: levelling of the site, roads, supply of electricity, water and heat, natural gas, sewage system, communication systems, digital TV etc. Later the park will also include a German sausage shop, a bakery, a bar, German food catering, a gym and various entertainment facilities. Employees will enjoy an excellent work environment and great leisure opportunities.

Derzeit entsteht die komplette Infrastruktur des Parks: Nivellierung des Baugrunds, neue Strassen, Versorgung mit Strom, Wasser, Wärme, Gas, Abwassersystem, Kommunikationssysteme usw. Später wird es auch einen deutschen Wurst- und Würstchen-Shop, eine Bäckerei, eine Bar, Catering mit deutschem Essen, ein Fitnessstudio und verschiedene Entertainment-Angebote geben. Den Angestellten werden hervorragende Arbeitsbedingungen und abwechslungsreiche Freizeitaktivitäten geboten.

The design of the park follows a master plan with several renowned architectural firms cooperating in its planning. Special attention is given to preserving the natural environment and allowing for as many green areas as possible. A large car park and a media center will also be build.

Das Design des Parks folgt einem Generalplan, an dessen Planung mehrere namhafte Architekturbüros beteiligt sind. Besondere Aufmerksamkeit gilt der Erhaltung des natürlichen Umfelds, es sollen so viele Grünflächen wie möglich integriert werden. Zudem sind ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten und ein Medienzentrum geplant.
